Painting class is always a blast!

Art By Coalition Children (ABCs) is a unique program at Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida that pairs professional artists in the community with children living at the Coalition.

Often struggling with low self-esteem, the Coalition’s homeless children benefit from the program’s nurturing environment where they can learn about the arts and have the freedom to express themselves.

ABCs began in October 2003 and has held over 50 class segments – from photography, painting, and pottery to creative writing, film making, and jewelry design. ABCs art has been featured at local venues such as the Orlando International Airport, the Orlando City Hall, and the Orlando Marriott Downtown.

As the program approaches its 10th Anniversary, we invite you to own an original piece of art by a Coalition kid!
